Pennsylvania Regulations and the Regulatory Review Process -

Beginning in 2008, the Independent Regulatory Review Commission (IRRC) expanded search and notification features on its website that enable visitors to search for regulations and public comments on regulations, as well as receive email notifications. All regulatory documents, including proposed and final regulations, public comments, legislative comments and the Commission comments and publications, are now available through the website and are keyword searchable. If you are looking for regulations from before 2008 (approximately numbered under 2500), you can access the last version of PLS's regulation chart or chart of approved regulations. Both were last updated 2/22/08 and go back to approximately regulation number 2400. You can also view PLS's stories on IRRC public meetings for the 2011-2012 session. You can access stories from past sessions by using the quick search box above (search for committee>Independent Regulatory Review Commission).
